In this post I want to just outline a few words on muscles exercise complexity and how important it is to understand the complexity of the exercise performed.

In fact it is very important to take into consideration, and to understand, the complexity of the exercises performed, especially if an exercise engages multiple joints in which case it is inappropriate to do excessive Repetitions as the results produced would be undesirable because some muscles would get tired first causing a modification of the overall exercise and the modus operandi.

These factors are particularly important when deciding and designing a gym routine, it is important to understand the muscle structure and complexity of exercise before deciding how many Repetitions someone should perform, and how many sets all together.

When we talk about muscle and fitness exercise sets, what we are really saying is how many groups of consecutive repetitions we are going to do. One set can be considered finished when we change the kind of exercise we’re performing or when we take a long rest between groups of exercises. The definition of one terrific set is when we perform two exercises on different muscle groups continuously, equating to two sets. A massive set is three exercises for the same muscle group done continuously. Sets which go down, in which practically there is no rest taken between the different weights, are considered the same as one set.

So as we’ve seen above it is important to understand the complexity of our muscles exercise routine to obtain the desired results when designing our gym routine.

==> Please comment on this post and add more value to it if you can <==

Is it important to understand the structure of our muscles? Most importantly, how important is it to understand the structure of our muscles in relation to our muscles exercise routine, Repetition, sets, tempo and so on?

Muscles as we know are formed by either a slow-contract structure or a fast-contract structure, one wise thing to do when deciding the muscles exercise technique we are going to adopt is to find out the type of structure a muscle is made of, for example a muscle made of high level of slow-contracts structure reacts more favorably to high Repetitions, so high level of slow-contracts structured muscles are more adequately trained in the 15 or over repetitions to allow the muscle to be enough time under pressure. On the other hand fast-contracts structured muscles are more responsive to lower numbers of repetitions and are more adequately trained in the 6 to 12 repetitions.

So how do you decide your muscle structure for any given muscle? One way to find out the structure of a muscle is by determining the number of times you can lift a sub-maximal weight, for example if two people lift the same weight and one can lift it 5 times while the other one can lift it 15 times, the person who has lifted the weight 5 times has a fast-structured muscle while the other has a slow structure muscle, this type of test is particularly true for untrained or beginners folks.

==> What do you think about understanding the structure of the muscle? Your comments are important <==

Loosing weight is different and this would entail a different type of training where someone would use a combination of muscles exercise and cardiovascular exercise to burn the excess fat. This type of exercise is very common for people who go to the gym and exercise regularly especially before summer.

And finally body transformation which is a mix of all the above and more, this encompasses the use of cardio exercise, muscles and strength exercise, nutrition and supplementation which transforms the look of the body by modifying the way muscle and fat is partitioned.

So, to get back into our discussion, to get the physique you’ve always dreamed of you need to accept and implement three fundamental factors:

1) Build muscles

2) Loose Fat

3) Improve Posture

To achieve these goals there are a number of strategies that have to be taken into consideration, and it is all subject to the starting point and your genetics, this in turn will decide which of these three main points will play a more or less important role.

There are four basic strategies that anyone should take into consideration to accomplish the automate results from the muscles exercise training for a unique physique.

1) Power exercise which builds muscles, looses fat and improves posture

2) Increase the energy in the system work to lose fat

3) The nutrition factor which influences muscle build and weight loss

4) Supplementation which magnifies muscles and fat loss

Getting these basic four strategies is of primary importance to build the desired results without problems, but always bearing in mind that it doesn’t happen overnight and it takes a little time and commitment. A combination of the top training techniques and supplements is not the cure to improve faster than your genetic structure will allow. So to make sure that you get where you want to get and obtain the physique you really want, unless you are blessed and have a naturally lean body, you must make sure that all four basic strategies are taken care of.

We are now going to get into what makes muscles grow but before that I just want to point out that the first part to build a lean and muscular body in our muscles exercise routine is to have muscle! We need to have a basic muscle structure and then we can build on it, and the more muscle there is the easier it is to build on it and to lose fat. To have the basic muscle structure on which we can build on is not difficult, what’s difficult is to start and convince ourselves that we can do it if we really want to.

In order to develop maximum strength research shows that slow-speed lifting done with heavy weights has a distinct advantage over high-speed lifting. By slowing down the movement there is an increase in duration of the stimulus and the level of tension on the muscle; this increases the development of the muscle and the muss. Research also shows that varying the speed of muscles exercise instead of keeping it constant has a greater impact.

One thing to bear in mind when altering the speed of muscles exercise is that only athletes that have a solid base of maximum strength should apply this type of technique, at the beginning is better to perform slowly and develop the muscles slowly into it. For bodybuilders though it is safe and advisable to alter the speed of training to create maximum adaptation. Fact remains that slow speed muscles exercise make the muscle work harder but at the same time slow speed muscles exercise should not be the only way to exercise as muscle requires a variety of stimuli.

Another important muscles exercise principal to understand is “Rest Intervals” and that there is an inverse relationship between rest and raps: The more reps, the lighter the weight and the smaller the rest. It seams though that the nervous system cell takes longer to recover then the muscle cell meaning that the nervous system is not fully recovered to effectively activate the muscle fibers accountable for growth. Counting Repetitions for maximum muscles exercise results is important but is also important to know how long you rest between exercises hence calculating how long it takes for a complete set.

By combining good muscles exercise practice, and a good and balanced between these factors will produce a much more favorable result.

==> Feedback and comments and personal thoughts are welcome for this post <==
